Let’s start 28 years ago, Byron was the first face you saw when you walked into his parent's takeaway shop greeting everyone with a huge smile. His love of food came from watching his dads love of food and perfectionism with every customer leaving smiling, happy and with a full tummy.
Fast forward 10 years and Byron's love and passion for food only grew more with time and thus did his work ethic from working under some amazingly talented chefs and business minds.
He went on to travel the world or we could say cook around the world learning everything there was to learn about different cultures, cuisine and techniques.
After his travels and finding his absolute love and talent for Modern Asian cuisine he finally came back to his home town on the Mornington Peninsula and settled down working side by side with one of his great friends where he became the head chef at the Peninsulas best Modern Asian Fusion Restaurant for the next 9 years.
With time moving on and his life growing came his three beautiful daughters and finally came the time for Byron to step back from the restaurant scene and do something he has always wanted to do, work for himself and create a business that not only allows him to watch everyone’s face light up when they eat his food but to create something that his girls could be a part of, just like him when he was growing up. From street food to the best fine dining restaurants in the world, he ate it all, experienced it all and learnt it all, so he created…
